Are you having problems with deciding what to eat in this lovely weather that we are having? Is it too hot to eat or are you too hot to cook! Is the thought of putting on the oven almost a death defining thought? Or are you the one who has all the ideas, the one who knows how to toss a few ingredients into a pan and viola in a few minutes three courses of fine dining and not a hair out of place. We at theguidlife need your ideas before we all wither away. Chance would be a fine thing. Anyway any ideas of simple nutritious meals that can be made in an instant but not taste like fast food.
