Are you old enough to understand?
Are you young enough to walk for miles and miles and miles?
Then You may be what James Cracknell and Ben Fogle are looking for.

In December this year Ben and James along with at least 9 other teams will be setting across The Antarctic Plateau, the largest ice cap in the world, to the Geographic South Pole. They are looking for a further team member to help in the event.

Are you up to the challenge?
Ben and James will be racing across one of the least hospitable environments on earth, and The Team will need to work together to face these adversities.
The third team member will need to be strong both physically and mentally. They are not just looking for the fittest person, but an all rounder with a headstrong, positive attitude and strong mental discipline. They are looking for a dedicated, committed individual with a keen sense of competition and fair play.
Together as a team you will be walking for up to 20 hours a day. You will be living in the cramped confines of a small three person tent and as a team, will need to share the daily duties and chores including, man hauling, navigating, melting ice for water, cooking, map reading and communicating with the race organiser.
Applications have to be in by 1st July 2008.

You will be need to available for the whole of December 2008 and January 2009.
