We Will Rock You
Motherwell Concert Hall
Welcome to the world of Planet Mall, a futuristic workld where musical intruments are banned and the only tracks generated are by the company computers. In the depth of the cities deep below the ground the Bohemians dwell, dreaming of a time when music was about the instruments and bands writing songs. Legend has it that Galileo holds the key to saving music but the Bohemians must find him before the police do! If they fail, the world will be subjected to electronic tunes for eternity. Following the success of the The Witches of Eastwick, Motherwell College's HND Musical Theatre students are proud to present We Will Rock You. Featuring songs by Queen and a witty script by Ben Elton, the musical features rock anthems such as Bohemian Rhapsody and a cast of some of Scotland's most promising musical theatre talent.
